Full-Scale Manufacturing Process

ZKTeco operates from an ISO-9001 certified production facility, in an industrial park that covers more than 500,000 square feet. Built in 2009 by ZKTeco, this fully integrated manufacturing and R&D facility enables us to control all functions of the manufacturing process under one roof, including product design, injection molding, manufacturing, component assembly, SMT, optics, research & development, logistics and shipping, to ensure rapid turnaround times and consistent availability. Our dedicated manufacturing facilities provide us with full test capabilities for partner test specifications, as well as ZKTeco’s standard and thorough quality control process, and enables us to develop and produce our proprietary biometric optic technologies in-house. The only data collection device manufacturer who performs every function internally, ZKTeco can produce in large volumes, driving economies of scale, favorable vendor relationships, and strong component purchasing power which provides full control of ‘end of life’ scenarios and the ability to ensure multi-year product life expectancy.

Committed North American Presence

In addition to our cost-efficient manufacturing facility, ZKTeco supports our North American customer base from our US headquarters, located close to New York City in Piscataway, New Jersey, which houses sales, engineering, technical support and other administrative functions. All design, development, integration and project management of the solution for Workday Time & Absence Management is managed from our US office, ensuring the highest quality service for our customers. Ultima, our new, next-generation data collection solution, is designed and developed at the US headquarters, using locally sourced components to ensure the highest quality and longest product life cycle of any data collection device on the market.

From industry-leading fingerprint algorithms to multi-biometric solutions, to ground-breaking fingerprint matching panels and embedded HD IP cameras with long-range facial identification functionality, ZKTeco has pioneered the development of biometric identification technologies for more than 20 years. The first workforce data collection vendor to become a certified solution partner for Workday Time Tracking in 2013, ZKTeco enables our Workday customers to complete their Time Tracking software implementation with minimal disruption and the highest quality standards. As a Workday Certified partner, ZKTeco has completed Workday Time Tracking installations covering a large range of business sizes and types, applying applicable labor laws, and implementing direct end-user feature requirements.
